Abstract Committee:

(call for abstracts • organize and format abstract book • collating and maintaining all student abstracts • distribution of abstracts to faculty and students)

Judging Committee:

(recruits faculty judges • compiles judging schedule, groups, timers • responsible for judge gifts and invitations to dinner • responsible for judging packet pick-ups and delivery to dr. Sam Prien)

Advertising and Recruitment Committee:

(design the t-shirt • responsible for poster printing and placement • advertisement in local mass media • recruitment of hhmi, honors, local high school students)

Catering Committee:

(select, coordinate, and finalize dinner, lunch, snacks and drinks • coordinate budget with GSA executive committee and Pam Johnson • organize times and rooms for the events • set-up and tear down of snacks for lectures and dinner • purchase of drinks and snacks)
