The Physical Fitness
Test (PFT) and body composition is used to determine
a person's overall Fitness Score. The PFT
includes a three event physical performance test
used to assess endurance including a 1.5 mile run
for time, 1 minute of push-ups and 1 minute of
crunches.

information, helpful tips, and height/weight
standards. The Fitness Score chart and
proportion of score carried by each event is found
below.
