National, State/Local Membership Problems

For TSHP: TSHP will deal primarily with PSHP-sponsored CE dinners that did NOT take place on campus at the TTUHSC SOP. Please go through the following steps below to make sure that at least everything on your end is correct:

1. Check your email to see if you received an email with subject “TSHP member card” from “Judy Turley.” You should have received this email in October-November 2007.

2. At the bottom of the membership card, you should see a username, password, and membership number.

3. Use the username and password to logon to the TSHP site (www.tshp.org) to check your TSHP online profile.

4. Go to “Modify Your Profile” and check to see if your address and other information are correct. Please note which address all TSHP mail is sent to. This can be found under “Preferred Mailing Address.”

5. If your mail has been going to the non-preferred mailing address, please check your mail at the other address before assuming that no CE certificates have been sent to you. This has happened before, where TSHP and ASHP mail have been sent to one's "non-preferred" address.

6. If you have made any changes, please make sure you hit the "Submit" button to save changes made to your profile.

7. If problems persist, EMAIL Judy Turley, stating what problems you are experiencing:

   • TSHP membership card is missing (include a CURRENT email address)

   • CE certificates you are missing (include dates of CE and CURRENT address which she can mail your CE certificates to)

8. TTSSHP will NOT assume responsibility for whether or not you receive your CE certificates for IPP.

   • You are responsible for bringing the EMAIL FLYERS to the CE meetings and having them signed by the PSHP CE coordinator and a TTSSHP officer.

For ASHP: You should be receiving the AJHP journal on a monthly basis. Check the ASHP membership card that was distributed to you at one of the TTSSHP meetings (either the card alone or contained within the green ASHP welcome packet)

1. Go to the ASHP website and again enter your Username and password AS WRITTEN on the ASHP membership card. ( http://www.ashp.org/s_ashp/login.asp?CID=73&DID=105&TP=/s_ashp/sec_account.asp&Param=@CID=11@DID=11).

2. Please read all instructions stated on the webpage before you email TTSSHP with questions.

3. Correct all erroneous information (address, name, etc).

4. If you have done everything right and STILL have not receive AJHPs or an ASHP membership card, please click here and contact ASHP Customer Service toll-free by PHONE.
